With three rooms, the entrance gives access   to: one sleeping room, bath room and a living room with kitchenette. 

The sleeping room has a double bed (150 x 200), bedside tables with lamp, chairs and wardrobe. 

The living room has an area for meals with dinner table and chairs for four people and a leisure corner equipped with a sofa, television set,   DVD with a selection of movies and radio with CD player.

The living has two doors directly to the terrace with a fantastic view to the sea and the village Areeiro.

The terrace has table and chairs allowing for a drink or a meal in the open air. Folding chairs are also available. Nearby is a small barbeque.

On the front yard, a private parking and a garden with a large lawn.

The kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, cooking rings, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cooking utensils, plates, cups and cutlery.  You may prepare and server meals up to 4 persons.

There is a complete bath room including bidet and hair dryer.

  Washing machine, iron and ironing board is also available.
